  • Is bedding provided?

    All quilts/duvets and pillows are provided for you. You can bring your own linen or hire for 70 SEK. We ask guests who are staying to not to use a sleeping bags. Its also possible to hire towels for 20 SEK. This is common in swedish hostel.

  • When can we check in?

    Check in opens at 2pm. The reception is open daily 8am-8pm. Sundays 8am-4pm. May until september the reception is closing at 9 pm.If you are arriving after our opening hours please contact us by phone or email on the day of your arrival.

  • What is served at the breakfast buffet?

    Different kinds of cornflakes Muesli, mix on your own (choose between sunflower seeds, linseeds, raisins, dried fruit) yoghurt and milk, strawberry jam, freshly baked rolls, toast, rye bread etc. Ham, salami, cream cheese , cheese. Orange marmalade and blackberry marmalade. Fresh tomatoes, paprika and cucumber. Boiled eggs and kaviar. Coffee, different types of tea and hot chocolate, orange juice and apple juice. Don’t forget your biscuit for the coffee!
    We can offer alternatives if you are hypersensitive to gluten or lactose intolerant. Tell us when you make your reservation and we’ll arrange the breakfast for you.

  • Is there a Luggage Room?

    Yes, uou can leave your luggage before or after your stay free of charge in our luggage room. Unfortunately we dont have space for large groups to leave luggage. The central station have boxes for luggage storage.

  • How do we pay?

    If you make a reservation for a large group, a longer stay or if the sum exceeds 4000 SEK you will get information from us on how to pay in advance. Otherwise you can pay on arrival with card or cash. We do not accept Diners or Amex.

  • Where is the nearest tram stop?

    The tram stop is only 150 metres from the hostel. The stop is called Kviberg.

  • Where is the hostel located?

    Kviberg is a former military area, but since 1994 its mostly companies in sports, health and education located in the Kviberg area. The hostel is located 4km from central station of Gothenburg. Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg and the amusement park Liseberg. The tram stop is close to the hostel and the tram takes only 10 minutes to central station.

  • How are the surroundings?

    Outside the hostel you find lots of open green spaces and outdoor furniture. Use this area to take a sun bath or arrange a barbeque. The hostel offers grills for you to use. In the nearby area you can find a pizzeria, beachvolleyball courts, climbing arena and football fields.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed. This is a consideration of other guests who may be allergic, as well as the logistics of pets staying.

  • What do we need to do before checking out?

    We ask you to please empty your trash, swipe off the floor and fold the quilts/blankets. In the cottages you are also asked to clean the bathroom and kitchen. The final cleaning can be added for 800 SEK for the cottage and 200 SEK for the room.

  • Is there a shop?

    At the reception is a kiosk where you can buy ice cream, sweets, beverage and necessities such as tooth brush and shampoo. You can also get a cappuccino or espresso from our Nespressso machine.

Reception is open:

Monday to Saturday, 08:00-20: 00 (Sun: 08:00-16:00). Check-in opens at 14.00. On arrival later than 18:00, please contact us for more information.
